5. Payment Terms

All course fees and product purchases must be paid in full at the time of enrolment unless a payment plan is offered. By making a payment, you agree to the following:

• No Refund Policy for all online courses. Once purchased, course access is non-refundable due to the instant access provided.

• Payment methods may include credit cards, PayPal, or other third-party payment processors. You agree to provide accurate payment information, and you authorize us to charge all applicable fees.

• Failure to complete payments (for those on a payment plan) may result in suspension or termination of your access to the course or service.

6. Hands-on Training via Zoom

La Bella Aesthetic Academy offers hands-on training through live Zoom demos for specific courses. You agree to:

• Participate actively in live sessions to gain the full benefit of the training.

• Adhere to our student conduct guidelines (see Section 10). If you miss a live session, a recorded version will be available, but live participation is strongly encouraged for the best learning experience.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All course content, including but not limited to videos, written materials, images, and downloadable resources, are the intellectual property of La Bella Aesthetic Academy. You agree that:

• You will not copy, modify, distribute, or share any content without explicit written permission.

• All materials are for personal educational use only and cannot be used commercially or distributed without authorization. Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of access and possible legal action.

8. Product Purchases and Refund & Exchange Policy

• All sales are final.

  • Due to the nature of our products and services, no refunds or exchanges will be issued once a purchase is completed.

• Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive an incorrect product, notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you at no additional cost.

The following situations do not qualify for refunds or exchanges:

Shipping Policy for Machines
Shipping for our machines may take a minimum of 5-20 business days. In cases of delays, shipping may take a maximum of 15-30 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Beauty Machine Return & Warranty Policy
La Bella Aesthetic Academy

At La Bella Aesthetic Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality beauty machines and ensuring your satisfaction. Please review our updated return and warranty policy carefully:

1-Year Limited Warranty

All beauty machines purchased from La Bella Aesthetic Academy include a one-year limited warranty, covering manufacturer defects and malfunctions under normal use. If your machine is found to be defective within this period, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost.

14-Day Return Policy (Machines Only)

We offer a 14-day return policy exclusively for beauty machines. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the machine within 14 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the following conditions:

• The machine must be unused and in its original packaging.

• All accessories, manuals, and components must be returned intact.

• Return requests must be approved by our team prior to shipping.

Refunds will be processed once the machine has been inspected and approved by our team.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Exclusions & Important Notes

• The warranty does not cover damages from misuse, unauthorized repairs, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

• Returns for buyer's remorse or accidental purchases are not accepted after the 14-day window.

• Machines sent back without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.
